About these terms

These terms apply to everything you buy from RBXMarketco at rbxmarketco.com. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not order.

What we sell

We sell digital Roblox items and unredeemed toy codes. RBXMarketco is an independent seller. We are not Roblox Corporation, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation in any way. Roblox and all related names and marks belong to Roblox Corporation.

You are responsible for making sure that buying and receiving these items is allowed under the rules of any platform you use, including the Roblox Terms of Use. Those rules are set by Roblox, not by us, and they can change.

Your account and your details

You need an account to buy from us and to use the chat. Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

The Roblox username you give us at checkout must be correct and must be yours. We deliver to the username on the order and cannot recover an item sent to the wrong account.

Ordering and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and we may decline or cancel any order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Stock is limited and often a single item. If something sells out before we can deliver, we will refund you in full.

Delivery and refunds

How delivery works is set out in our shipping policy. When we refund is set out in our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use this store to break the law, to abuse or threaten us, to buy items with stolen payment details, or to resell in a way that breaks another platform's rules. We can refuse service and cancel orders.

Limits on our responsibility

We sell items in good faith and take care to deliver what you ordered. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not responsible for anything a platform outside our control does, including action Roblox takes against an account.

Changes

We can update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
